Hi,
small problem here:
after installation new Wippien 1.4,
error message
"Netsh.exe Has Failed to Start Because Framedyn.dll Was Not Found".
I have found this file under
_http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?framedyn
but, please, make correct last installation package WippienInst.exe.

We do use NETSH to setup IP address, as part of OS. I don't know about it's dependency to framedyn.dll.
I think in order to quickly avoid this problem, just setup IP address of that adapter to whatever you got from mediator. So, manually set it to 5.x.x.x and NETSH will not be needed.
